Administration Officer â Radiologist Workflow & Teleradiology â After Hours
Imaging Associates is seeking an organised, proactive and peopleâfocused administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our Radiologists and keeping our Support Office running smoothly. This is a highly visible position where your ability to prioritise, problemâsolve and deliver exceptional service will make a meaningful impact every day.
You will provide highâquality administrative and clerical support to the Radiologist team, ensuring workflow runs efficiently in a fastâpaced clinical environment. This includes managing internal and external calls, reviewing reporting requirements, prioritising cases with rostered Radiologists and liaising with hospitals to meet reporting timeframes. You will source and provide patient information as required, maintain accurate records in the RIS and troubleshoot issues such as image quality or reporting discrepancies to resolution.
Building strong, collaborative working relationships will be central to your success, as you partner closely with the Radiologist Workflow and Teleradiology teams and a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be comfortable balancing structure with flexibility, and confident supporting senior medical professionals in a dynamic, professional setting.
Working Pattern & Location
This role operates on a structured 7 days on / 7 days off rotational shift pattern, covering Monday through Sunday during working weeks.
Working hours are 11:30pm â 7:30am (overnight shift), based at our Support Office.
The position will initially be remote; however, candidates should be aware that the role is expected to transition back to on-site working at our Support Office in the future, in line with operational requirements.
